Google Applications: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Tasks, Documents, Sheets, Sides, Forms, Calendar, etc.
Zoom - chat and meeting
Bamboo HR
Surepayroll
Depending on your role, there may be other sites that you will need access to. These will be detailed in the SOPs for that role.
Google Applications
Once you are set up with a Gmail account, you can begin logging in to other systems.
Google Calendar
Our calendars communicate to others when we are available both internally and externally. Set up calendars with working hours/location. Set up vacation responders when out of the office.
To set up working hours and location:
(1) Open the calendar and click the Settings wheel
(2) Scroll to "Working hours & location"
(3) Fill out information as needed
You will not see the adjustment on your calendar, but on others' calendars, the time you are not available will be greyed out on their calendar, and a warning will populate when trying to schedule something outside your working hours. The working location will populate in the calendar appointment.
ion Analytics
ion Analytics is the software package that our customers use. You will have access to our Demo Accounts unless you are involved in production for our customers. Once you have your Google email address, you can log into our ion software. Our Trainer(s) will plan time with you to learn more about the system.
(1) To log in, type app.ion-k12.com/me and click the Google sign in "Sign in as...". Follow the steps.
If for any reason, you are unable to log in, contact tech support as you may need permission levels set before logging in.
Zoom
We use zoom internally for chats and both internally and externally for meetings. You will need to be set up to use both the zoom team chat and meeting platforms. Once you have your Google email address, you can sign up for your Zoom accounts.
