After the Services Dictionary has been set up, it will need to be activated for each student. ion recommends the following steps when setting up services.
- Set up the Services Dictionary.
- Create an individual plan for a singular student OR an intervention group for more than one student who is receiving services.
- Add a service requirement to activate the service.
Create a Plan for the Service
To create an individual student plan either
1. Click MTSS>Plans>New Plan
OR
2. Click the "+" icon and select "New Plan"
3. Select the student in the search field
4. Add a description of the plan
5. Click Save

Create an Intervention Group
Any student who is in an intervention group already has a plan.
Plans are automatically created when students are added to an intervention group. Students can only have one plan at a time.
Activate Services
After entering the check in, services will need to be activated.
To activate services,
1. Go to the student plan page
2. Go to Services Tab
3. Click "Add Service Requirement"
4. Fill in the information on the pop up - one service provider per requirement!
5. Service requirements are now reflected on the Services tab.
