The configuration aspects of Ion that affect which students are visible to a user are:
- Course Roster
- User Permissions
- User Role
- School Access
- Intervention Group
- Team
- Case Management
Typically, if users do not see the correct students, one or more of these areas are not set correctly to view students and their data. See Managing Users for more information.
