Tags are an option to identify students. Once the ion district administrator has created tags, any user can add or delete a tag.
Only ion district administrators are able to create custom tags.
There is not a historical record of adding or deleting tags.
Create Tags
1. Access Pre-Defined Tags setup in Admin>SIS>SIS Settings
2. Type the name of the tag in the box
3. Choose if the tag will be available for the school (it will be added to the school you are currently in) or the entire district
4. Click Submit
5. Tags will populate in this area
Adding and Deleting Tags
Tags can be added through Data Wall Functions - "Adding Tags" as well as through the student profile.
Tags can only be deleted through the student profile.
