You must have ion district administrator privileges to perform this task.
Please export the data located here:
Literacy HS > Name > Reports > Performance Reports
Select the following options:
- How has lexile reading measure performance changed over time?
- How are my students performing on reading skills?
Generate all grades for range of the month in question.
Download one report for each grade skilll level (check to see if there are differences)
Add "Test Date" column in the first column before. Fill in the date for the last day of the month covered in the report using the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Remove rows for no assessment/activity.
Remove month and year from headers in columns L through X.
