SAT/PSAT

Updated on

You must have ion district administrator privileges to perform this task.

Note: Students who did not take the SAT/PSAT at their local district may only have the College Board ID in their SAT/PSAT data record. In order for ion to import their scores, districts must add the student's local district/ SIS ID to the SAT/PSAT score file.

6. Upload the csv file to ion:

Use our "data import" function under the Admin tab. See images below OR use this video to see how.

  1. Access Admin>Data>Data Import
  2. Click or drag .csv file
  3. Item will show a green check mark when the assessment headers match ion's headers.
  4. If the data file shows a red check mark, send a ticket with the name of the file and the date you imported it so we can troubleshoot the issue.
  5. If the item has a warning message, check "Send it in and let ion do its thing" - this will alert us there is an assessment header mismatch and automatically generate a ticket. We will map the file and let you know when it is ready.

You can also use our secure serveratsecure.ion-k12.com. You will need a user name and password. If you do not currently have a user name or password, click the support button to request it.

Send in a ticket if there are any questions about this process and we will assist you. You can also send the data file in the ticket.
