Add a Skill to Intervention Group

Updated on

A skill provides a framework for tracking progress.

Skills can be added to a student's individual plan or they can be added to an intervention group.

Adding a new skill to a new intervention group

Those with administrative access will have to set up the skill and CBM dictionaries before staff can add skills to a group.  See Add a Skill to Intervention Group.

1. When using the Intervention Group Builder,   skills can only be added after saving the information at the top of the builder -- Name, Intervention/Interventionist, Tier, Progress Monitoring, Start Date, and Weeks -- and then clicking "Save."

2.  Click the green "Add Skill" icon.

3.  The skills, CBMs and Measures will be selected from the drop down.

4. Once the skill, CBM, and Measure have been added, a "save" icon will appear at the end of the row Click save to add the skill.

Add as many skills that will be monitored in this intervention group. The same skill cannot be added more than once per intervention group. See CBM Dictionary and Skill Dictionary to learn more.
