Case Management Dashboard
The Case Management Dashboards provides an overview of open and closed cases. The dashboard defaults to Open cases; click on Closed to view closed cases.
The following functions are available on the dashboard:
1. Sort - Click on the column heading to sort information.
2. Filter - Select the filtering option and adjust the date.
3. Search - Enter numerals or letters to search.
4. Remove / Add options - Click the edit wheel and toggle the items on/off. Items that are not checked will not be visible on the dashboard.
5. Move options - Drag / Drop the column headings to a different location. Student is the only heading that is anchored.
Only users with permissions can customize the case dashboard by removing, adding, and moving column headings
