Case Management, Tasks & Forms
These tabs require the district to setup the Case Management System.
If the district is using the Case Management system, then information will populate in the Case Management, Tasks, and Forms tabs.
Case history for the student will populate here.
1. If the status is open, the case is still open. Click the hyperlink to view the individual case information. Staff will only see information and students they have permissions to see.
2. If tasks have been assigned for the student, they will appear here. Staff can view or edit if they have permissions.
3. Tasks can also be created for the student in the student profile. Staff can create tasks if they have those permissions.
4. If a referral form has been submitted for a student, it will appear here. Staff can click the hyperlink to view if they have permissions.
