You must have ion district administrator privileges to perform this task.
Automatic imports from iReady are available with a data sharing agreement through iReady.
To set this up, please contact your iReady account manager.
Please request the diagnostic_results_math and diagnostic_results_ela exports.
Once the data is being sent from iReady, add the folder name to the ion integrations page.
Clicking "Save" will schedule a nightly routine for ion to automatically update based on the data received from iReady.
Process Overview
Exporting Historical Data
- Navigate to https://login.i-ready.com/ and sign in
- Click on Reports
- Click on All Exports and then choose either reading or math diagnostic results export
- Select a school and then change the academic year to whichever year you need to export.
- Step 2 should have "All Diagnostics YTD" selected. Keep all the the boxes in step 3 selected.
Navigate to the export queue to download the file as a .csv and upload into ion.
