Tasks can be assigned to staff members. Once they have been assigned, staff members are notified with a completion date. To view a task, go to the Tasks Dashboard.
The ion district administrator at your district will need to set up permissions for Tasks. See Managing Permissions.
Assign a task to a staff member by filling out the information and clicking submit.

Individual Cases
1. Click on Meeting icon - Assign Action Steps is embedded in the Meeting Notes
2. Click on the Task icon - Assign Tasks pops up
Student Profile
3. Access the student's individual profile, click on the Tasks tab. View tasks assigned for the student and / or assign a task.
Student Plan
4. Access the student's plan and click on the Tasks tab. View tasks assigned for the individual student. Click the "+" icon to assign a task.
Access to view and assign tasks is based on permission settings.
Whenever a task has been assigned to a staff member, they are notified by an email. In some cases, a calendar appointment is automatically generated for noon on the date the task is to be completed.
If a task has been assigned to a staff member, they can view that task. Only those who have permissions to view all tasks will see tasks assigned to other staff members.
1. The main place to view and complete tasks is the Tasks Dashboard
2. Tasks are visible in the Student Profile under the Tasks tab
3. Tasks are visible in a student's Individual Case Timeline
4. Tasks are visible on a student's Plan Page under the Tasks tab
Access the Tasks Dashboard Tools>Tasks
1. Click the edit button to add notes / complete the task
2. Add a note to enter the details of the task as needed for staff to review
3. Click Save Note
4. Click the drop down menu to choose the option to complete the task
5. Enter the date in the pop up
6. Click the completed tab to view the completed tasks
