The Check In Process including Progress Monitoring

Updated on

The Check in Process

The check in process has 4 steps.  The service detail may or may not be required depending on the district's preferences.  For example, my district might not use the check in process for attendance, but may require several check ins throughout the day to calculate a behavior progress monitor.

(1) Access the Check in

(2) Enter the date (s) of the progress monitor

(3) Enter the service detail (as desired)

(4) Enter the progress monitoring information

Progress Monitoring can be entered by staff using the check in procedure.  If staff are to enter progress monitors on the student plan page, see Add A Progress Monitor Score in a Student Plan.
