You must have ion district administrator privileges to perform this task.
Importing Current Year Data
1. Submit a support ticket to FastBridge to establish a Nightly SFTP Data Extract with ion. FastBridge has multiple steps they will go though, those steps are outlined here.
FastBridge will likely ask what IP address needs to be whitelisted. ion uses 172.21.67.1 for this purpose. FastBridge already has it whitelisted.
2. Set up the data integrations page on ion.
After Clicking "Save", FastBridge data will be imported automatically the next evening.
Importing Prior Year Data
Please follow FastBridge guide to export a csv of the data.
