Logging In
ion users can sign in via Google, Classlink, Clever, or with a username and password. Check with your district point of contact to find out which method your district uses.
If using Google, ClassLink or Clever, do NOT enter the username and password. Click on the icon to "Sign In" with Google, ClassLink, or Clever, and then follow the the directions.
To successfully log into the ion application...
1. Open a new tab.
2. Point your web browser tohttps://app.ion-k12.com
3. Use the Sign in method your district has set up for you.
4. Optional - book mark the page for easy access
Verifying Accounts
ion works with the leaders in the district to setup security and permissions. To receive assistance, contact the district leader OR send in a support ticket and we will follow up with the district leader.

Once users have logged in, they can verify their permission status in three ways:
1. The user name should appear in the "welcome" area. If this is blank, contact your district leaders or ion support.
2. The school drop down should show the school (s) that you work in - if this is blank or does not show all the schools, contact your district leaders or ion support.
3. Data will appear according to permission levels. For example, teachers will typically see data for students on their roster. Those without students on their rosters will need permissions set up in order to see data. If users do not see what they expect to see, contact your district leaders OR ion support.
