All files must be .csv format
Locating Data to Export
- Log into IXL
- Click on Assessments
- Choose the assessment
Download Level Up Diagnostics
- Click on LevelUp Diagnostic Results
- Choose the current levels and applicable grade levels, then click "Apply "Filters"
- Scroll down and click on the download icon - choose "Export data by student"
- Download file
Download Flex Diagnostic Results
- Click on Flex Diagnostic Results
- Choose the current levels, math or ELA, then click "Apply "Filters"
- Scroll down and click on the download icon - click to include all strands in export, then click "Export"
- Download file
Upload Exported Data to ion
You must have ion district administrator privileges to upload data files into ion.
- Access the Import tool Admin>Data>Data Import
- Drag/drop OR click to import the .csv file.
