Case Management Introduction & Navigation

Overview

The Case Management module provides users with a "digital file box" that holds interactions between staff and students who may require additional services.  These "interactions" may include:

  • Making referrals
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Recording meeting notes
  • Assigning tasks to staff members
  • Tracking student progress
  • Tracking service delivery requirements
  • Reviewing past and current decisions

Case Management begins with opening a case.  Users can view the Case Management Dashboard and manage student information on an Individual Student Case.

  • Assigning Case Statuses, Tiers, Priority, Progress Indicators and Focus Areas
  • Scheduling student meetings
  • Recording meeting notes
  • Taking attendance of those present in the meeting
  • Assigning, Viewing and Completing Tasks
  • Reviewing past and current decisions
  • Uploading documents
