General Troubleshooting Steps

Solution 1: Verify that Chrome is up to date

Copy and paste into your address bar: chrome://settings/help OR follow steps 1-3 below:

If Chrome is not "Up to date", let it update and then click "Relaunch".

Solution 2: Try reloading the page without using cached data

On a PC - Press the CTRL, Shift, and R keys at the same time.

On a Mac - Press the Command, Shift, and R keys at the same time.

Solution 3: Let's clear your browser cache

Copy and paste into your address bar: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData  OR follow steps 1-3 below:

Solution 4: I'm Logged in, but something doesn't look/ work as expected.
Solution 5: Check for problematic extensions

Some extensions cause issues and prevent ion from loading properly. Your district IT support will likely be able to assist you in resolving this issue.

At times, extensions such as PrivacyBadger and AdBlock Plus have caused issues. Configuring a site wide exemption is often way to keep the extension while also allowing ion to load properly.

Loading ion in an "incognito window" is another way to check if an extension is causing issues.
