Intervention Groups - Viewing, Reporting and Printing

Intervention Group Cohort Reports

The intervention group cohort report allows staff to see how students are progressing in their intervention group compared to one another.

1. On the Intervention Group Detail Page, Click "Chart"

2. Choose "Cohort" as the Chart Type.  Then select an particular student, and cohort.

3. Click Go

4. The report will populate on the right.

5. Hover over data points for more information.

 

Intervention Group Skill Growth

The intervention group skill growth report allows staff to see each individual student's progression of skills on the same graph.

1. Select "Student" for Chart Type

2. Click "Go"

3. Optional - Click on skills to toggle on/off

Intervention Group Detail Page

The Intervention Group Detail Page also contains quite a bit of information below the header.  Each student's information is stored here.

1. The skill and grade level monitored with each score

2. Click the eye to only see the individual student's information against the cohort.

3. An open lock means that this skill is currently being progress monitored in this intervention group.

4.  The current goal and ROI are listed here.  

  • Hover over the eye to read the goal.  
  • Click the edit button to change the goal.  The student's plan page will "pop up."  Make changes as needed and then click "x" to close and return to the intervention group detail page.

5. Click the student's hyperlinked name to go directly to the student plan page for more information.

Printing the Intervention Report

Click the print icon to print the intervention summary for individual skills.
