You must have ion district administrator privileges to perform this task.
Automatic Sharing Agreements for Screening and Progress Monitoring Data
Automatic imports from iReady are available with a data sharing agreement through iReady.
To set this up, please contact your iReady account manager to request the data exports that your district is currently using:
- diagnostic_results_math and diagnostic_results_ela exports.
- literacy progress monitoring prf and non prf exports.
- benchmark assessments exports.
Once the data is being sent from iReady, send in a ticket to ion for ion to add the folder name to the ion integration page.
- Click "Support" at the far left bottom of the ion screen.
- Fill out the ticket with detail - the folder name sent from iReady support MUST be exact in the ticket
- Click Send.
ion will respond in the ticket once the set up has been complete, and you will receive an email regarding this.
Exporting iReady Screening Data
Navigate to https://login.i-ready.com/ and sign in
- Click on Reports
- Click on All Exports
- Choose either reading or math diagnostic results export
NOTE: If the district would like ion to export this data, please ensure you have set up an ion account using the email address assigned to your district during the integration process. This account must have the necessary permissions to export data.
- Chose the subject
- Select a school and then change the academic year to whichever year you need to export.
- Include "All Diagnostics YTD" selected. Keep all the the boxes in step 3 selected.
- Select Data to Include in the Export just as shown here (to match global ion headers).
- Click "Create Export"
- Click on "Go to Export Queue" to download csv files.
Navigate to the export queue to download the file as a .csv and upload into ion.

Exporting iReady Progress Monitoring Data
Navigate to https://login.i-ready.com/ and sign in
- Click on Reports
- Click on All Exports
- Choose Literacy Tasks Exports
- Select desired schools, current year, and the assessment types administered by the district
- Click Export
- Go to Export Queue
- Navigate to the export queue to download the file as a .csv and upload into ion.
