When district data is stored on another platform, such as clever, there are a couple of steps to take before the data can be extracted.

After logging on to the Clever platform as an administrator:

1. Click Portal in the upper right hand corner and the App screen will populate
2. Click on the "App" desired to open the data site
3. Follow the directions in Screensteps to export data from the site
