Simple PM Entry

Simple PM Entry Overview

For districts entering manual progress monitoring, the "Simple PM Entry" option was created to allow interventionists to quickly enter scores for all their students at once rather than navigating to several different groups.  To know which method is right for you, review the following features:

Check In FeaturesSimple PM Features
Enter Service Details:  Service Provider, Service Type, Minutes of Service Provided, Whether or not it is an IEP Service, Lesson Description, and Notes  Not Applicable:  Does not track services
Take Attendance and record Attendance Type and/or Uncheck AttendanceNot Applicable:  Does not track attendance (Can use Simple Check In to take daily attendance if desired)
Enter Check Ins and Progress Monitoring data for one or more datesEnter data for one date at at time 
Enter Check Ins and Progress Monitoring data for one group at a timeEnter Progress Monitoring Data using any or all filters:  Group by "Measures" or "Students", Filter by "Student Grade", "Measure Grade", "Intervention Groups" (All is an option), and by "All Interventionists" or "Just Me"  (Some of this is permission based)
Enter the Period if monitoring several times throughout the dayEnter the Period if monitoring several times throughout the day
Enter Progress Monitoring Data: DateScore, Errors, Probe#, Baseline, Benchmark, CommentSelect how to enter Progress Monitoring Data: Date, Score, Errors, Probe#, Baseline, Benchmark, Comment are all boxes to check to toggle on/off as needed

Simple PM Entry "How To"

1.  Access "Simple PM Entry" from the "+" button

2. Use Settings and Filters to adjust the table for quick progress monitoring

3. Click the "save" button to save

Use the tab key after entering each box to move to the next box to quickly enter data.
