Administering CBMs in ion
In order to administer a CBM in ion, a CBM must be added to the assessment dictionary by an ion admin.
After the assessment has been added in the assessment dictionary,
1. Click on Data>Assessments>Benchmark and CBM
2. Click on the QR Code for students to scan and access the assessment
OR
Click the QR code to navigate to the log in page and then the URL can be copied and sent to the students
3. Click the "lock" icon to see a list of students prevented from retaking the test/
Students will need their ID number, and First Name as it appears in Ion to login. They also need the Access Code which is presented to them above the QR code, or can be given verbally, or written on the board.
